30-Day Trial

 

Dear Applicant and Future Resident:

 

If you move into one of our homes and, for any reason, you are not satisfied and decide to move within the first 30 days after your lease begins, we guarantee that we will refund your security deposit (as long as there has been no damage).

 

We will tear up your lease and you will not be obligated to pay any more rent.  We are confident, however, that your new residence will meet your needs!

Maintenance Guarantee

​

We offer a maintenance guarantee to all residents.  To help to ensure your satisfaction with our home and the service that we (R&Y Real Property Group LLC) are responsible for, as outlined in your lease, major repairs (that are not caused by resident neglect, misuse or abuse) will be addressed within three days (72 hours) after you notify us, so that problem does not continue to create a hardship for you or your family.

If the problem or hardship is not addressed within the three day period, you will have free rent until the problem is corrected on a per day basis following the third day after we received notification of the problem.  Your free rent will be awarded in the form of a rent rebate following your next on-time rental payment that we receive.
